Ticket information

UEFA has addressed questions that spectators may have in the Official Tournament Guide for Spectators, available on EURO2020.com and the UEFA EURO 2020 App, with additional information on COVID-19 mitigation measures in the stadium and travel information for each host city.

Last chance to return tickets

Anyone wishing to return their tickets could do so on UEFA's ticketing portal, which closed on Thursday 22 April, to receive a full refund. Special arrangements will be made for ticket buyers in the event that the venue is changed or a venue is unable to accommodate any spectators, and further details will be communicated in due course.

Draw to satisfy capacity reduction

Once the ticket return phase is closed, UEFA will determine whether the number of tickets sold that have been retained by ticket holders exceeds the capacity allowed for each match. If this is the case, a lottery will be held to determine the additional tickets that will need to be canceled to comply with the decisions of the host country governments. In the case of tickets purchased through the sales program of the Participating Member Federations, the rules of the respective fan groups will apply.

Unsuccessful ticket buyers will be informed in May.

Tickets for supporters from Hungary, North Macedonia, Scotland, and Slovakia

The sale of tickets reserved for the national teams (Hungary, North Macedonia, Scotland, and Slovakia) qualified in the EURO 2020 play-offs will start in early May.
